Through the technical cooperation relationship we maintain with MEZ (Germany), we are able to manufacture and sell flange systems in Japan, as well as “ductless smoke separation booth” smoke removal/deodorization units for smoking rooms and “air purifier units” for infectious disease control.

Flange system for rectangular ducts

We perform domestic manufacturing and sales in Japan thanks to a technical cooperation relationship we maintain with MEZ (Germany). This flange system for rectangular ducts is described as the slide-on-flange (SF) method by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (specifications common to machinery), as well as in JIS specifications (A4009-1997) and elsewhere.

It is used not only in air conditioning and smoke ventilation ducts but, more recently, in engine room exhaust/air-conditioning ducts, such as those on cargo-carrying vessels, as well.

Flange system for round ducts

We perform domestic manufacturing and sales in Japan thanks to a technical cooperation relationship we maintain with ETU (Germany). This flange system for round ducts is the global standard, which was introduced in European duct specifications as well as in JIS specifications (A4009-1997). Because reduced labor is required for on-site installation, the total cost of duct construction is also reduced.

Excellent leak performance

Standardized flange members manufactured with high-precision forming technology is of consistent quality. The flare sealing part of the round flange adheres inside of the round duct, demonstrating the effect to decrease the amount of air leak.

Strong and light

A galvanized sheet is formed into a reasonable shape, with strength at the same level as an angle flange. Weight is also lighter.

Can be installed in a limited narrow place

Work space is reduced with one-bolt tightening. Example (at an anonymous location): 30% reduction was accomplished.

Duct making / significant reduction of onsite lifting time

Installation only involves notch processing of a round duct and insertion of a round flange. Onsite lifting work is completed only by tightening one ring bolt. It is possible to overwhelmingly shorten the onsite work time. Example (⌀900 per location)

SHARE SPOT /SHARE SPOTSMARTM

  • These products are the result of a combination of peak Puretec technology with a design derived from many years of experience as a chemical filtration pioneer. The interior of the smoke separation booth is equipped with an optimal air purification system.
  • Inside, it features a high-performance chemical filter which is used in semiconductor and precision machinery manufacturing sites. The filter absorbs those gas components which cause smoke odors.
  • A HEPA filter is installed upstream and downstream from the chemical filter to securely capture smoke particles in the air entering and leaving the unit.

STAND BY ME

  • When installed within a smoking room, this unit’s unique, high-performance filter reduces tobacco smoke and odors, creating a comfortable air environment.
  • The interior of the filter contains a high-performance chemical filter which is used in semiconductor and precision machinery manufacturing sites.
  • A dust removal filter is installed upstream and downstream from the chemical filter to securely capture smoke particles in the air entering and leaving the unit.

Air purifier unit

  • Recirculates and processes air without taking in outside air, thus reducing the concentration of gases and unpleasant odor components within the area where the unit is being used.
  • Incorporates a high-performance chemical filter frequently used by museums for gas control.
  • Can be equipped with an antiviral filter. The viruses caught by the filter are inactivated.
