The PureGate Series is leading the way in Airborne MolecularContamination control. Each filter media layer targets either acidic, organic or alkaline (base) contaminants. For extreme concentration or space requirements, multilayer.
The PureGate media can be housed within a single frame to target any or all acidic/basic/organic contaminants. The PureGate Filter Series is available in mini-pleat and separator type.
Mini-pleat types are used in FFUs and semiconductor process equipment. Separator types are popular for cleanroom recirculation and makeup air treatment.
