PureFoam | NIPPON PURETEC

PureFoam is a chemical filter mainly made from polyolefin non-woven fabric to which chemical absorbent is added. It is very permeable, lightweight and flexible. It is only about 7mm thick, and it can be layered as required. It efficiently removes alkalis, acids and sulfur compounds from various atmospheres ranging from outside air to clean room air. Each filter is distinguishable due to different colors assigned.

Applications

Can be used in CleanSorb-I filter unit molded in cartridge filter tray size as a low pressure loss filter.
Simple installation to air intake or FFU (Filter Fan Unit) in ceiling system if removal of new contaminant is required.
Can be used as a particle pre-filter or after-filter with chemical adsorption ability.
Suitable to combine with other media to remove many kinds of contaminants as a "Clealant" filter.
